Expirations — clawback & Defunded clocks

Cash going out. Each clock starts at one milestone and must reach the next one in time. If it runs out, the financier can take money back (Defunded). Some financiers run several clocks at once. New cash at risk only — anything already taken back is netted out of every figure on this page (#46), because you cannot lose the same dollar twice.
